The iPartnerHR team leverages experienced professionals with demonstrated results in recruiting and comprehensive Human Resources solutions. iPartnerHR was founded by Kathleen DeStasio in 2004.

Kathleen has nearly 18 years of human resource experience relating to human resources strategy, employee communications, employee training, recruitment and retention strategies, executive/employee coaching, employee benefits, financial management, compensation, and policy/procedure development.

Since forming iPartnerHR, Kathleen has served numerous long-term clients in the fields of medical/healthcare technology, storage technology, online gaming, software technology, staffing, banking/financial services, and sales and professional services.

Prior to starting iPartnerHR, Kathleen was the Senior Human Resources, IT and Admin Director for Paciolan; an Irvine based high technology online ticketing firm as the company grew to become the 3rd largest ticketing provider in the US. The staff she built went on to lead their own HR and IT departments. She also previously led HR for emerging technology organizations.

Kathleen received a BS degree in Business and Human Resources from California Polytechnic University. She is a Certified DISC instructor and has been a Certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

In addition to her career accomplishments, Kathleen is a member and active participant of numerous community organizations including the Human Resources Independent Consultants and SHRM, the Society Human Resources Management. She has been an active speaker at numerous technology organizations such as the UCI Entrepreneur Forum and the Digital Media Center.
